The adjustable FID bench is mostly preinstalled, there are only foot stabilizers and bolt needs to be assembled. The whole assembling process would not take you more than 5 minutes. For storage, you just pull out the knob, fold the FID bench, and put it wherever you want.

The design of ladder adjustment makes the FID bench easy to adjust, you just pull the support bar, adjust it to the place which fits yourself and all is done. The FID bench features 3 seat positions and 6 back positions, which allows you to exercise more freely and comfortably.
