Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the equipment back to our designated warehouse facility.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
